Every adult is different, and the right assessment depends on what you need it for. Some people want to better understand their strengths and difficulties without needing a full diagnostic report. Others need a comprehensive assessment and detailed report for work, further study or personal understanding.
For adults in employment or seeking work, an assessment can provide a clear picture of strengths and areas of difficulty, with practical recommendations to support workplace needs, reasonable adjustments and everyday tasks.
Kim will talk through your needs, explain the assessment options and recommend the most appropriate approach. The level of assessment and fee will be agreed before you commit.

The assessment is tailored to the individual. It typically takes around 2–3 hours, depending on the assessment and circumstances.

Kim considers the findings alongside your background and experiences of learning.
Your report, where applicable
Full reports explain strengths, difficulties and recommendations. Please allow up to three weeks after assessment.

Once your report is completed, Kim talks through the findings and recommendations in straightforward language and gives you time to ask questions. You are not left to interpret the report on your own.
Tell Kim about any deadlines during your initial conversation so that timings can be agreed beforehand.
